Meet Jande’ Davis-Massenburg, Owner of Premiere Events LLC. Jande’ was born to be in the Event and Party Planning/Decor Industry! At the young age of 13 Jande’ was introduced to the Hospitality field. She worked for 5 years as a Hostess for banquets at local hotels and worked at convention centers alongside her grandmother, mother, sisters, aunts and uncles. Jande’ recalls her most influential experiences were the extravagant designs, beautifully dressed guests & the crowds of people enjoying being served. While in high school Jande’ also worked as a waitress for a local restaurant inside a Holiday Inn hotel. Post high schools Jande’ worked as a security officer at The Richmond Convention Center. Again, her love for Event Decor & Weddings sparked as she would stroll the aisles of the Wedding Expo’s. She deemed then that she wanted to be an Event Planner/Decorator!
In 2011, Jande’ planned her own wedding which was Stressful!!! She was a hour & 30 minutes late to her own wedding trying to make sure All the Details were Perfect... Lesson Learned “Hire a Wedding Planner“
Before starting her business Premiere Events, LLC in July 2018, Jande’ planned, decorated & had the honor of being in the wedding party of three weddings! How did she do it??? Her attention to detail, organization skills & her dedicated TEAM!!!
In February 2019, Jande’ made a life changing decision to resign from her full time job to devote 100% into Premiere Events. Jande‘ is committed to providing Exceptional Service & Ensuring Every Client is Satisfied!
